Poor quality ring resulted in loss of diamond

Im am unconsolable!!! The stone of my gemstone was dropped after among the clawns got free. My partner called 365 (I had been also annoyed to speak!) and they stated that there's nothing they are able to do which I should have struck it against anything! The truth is I truly take care of my band and usually consider it down when performing any function that'll make a move to it. This simply suggests that it had been an undesirable quality band! An gemstone is assume to last an eternity and after only 24 months the claw got free leading to the increasing loss of the stone plus they stated that isn't their issue!!
