Bad experience

Hello, I live in Colorado and bought a groupon for teeth whitening to alichia ryan salon. I bought it in May and have not been able to use it. I have called about 6 times and to no avail have been able to set an appointment. I originally tried setting an appointment in June. I called and she said her assistant will get back with me. It never happened. I called after the weekend and she said the same thing. So I got a text from somebody telling me that I can go in the next day from one time to another. I couldn't make it the next day, so she said she would get back to me. All through text. One month goes by, with no reply, so I called back and got no answer. I left a number saying I would like to set an appointment and left my number, and got no response. I called the next day and the same thing happened. I would like my money back please. I have been trying for 2 months and this business owner hasn't responded. I have phone records and texts as proof. My groupon doesn't expire until November, but I don't feel it's professional the way this person has acted and would no longer like to do business with her. My e-mail is
