My sister in law bought a make up course for us at Nulook Academy Windsor through groupon. We have been trying since the beginning of January to change our appointment. When we call the number on the website it states that if you press 1 they will send them a text and they will call back. It is now 19 days later and still no reply. We have sent loads of emails - also no reply. Our appointment is on Saturday 21st January and dont really want to drive all the way to windsor from London for them to maybe not exist anymore... Emailed Groupon today to find out if they have other contact numbers still waiting on a reply. Would like a refund this has been a terribly frustrating event.
