Can not get timely appointment

I tried getting an appointment several times and was told someone would get back to me. My phone number was taken and no one called me back. I called and was told I could not get an appointment for several weeks. I found out there is only ONE technician servicing all of the groupons sold. Crazy. When I spoke to a representative of We Feet, she told me to contact Groupon to get a refund. I contacted Groupon and was told I had to ask for a refund within seven days. I did not even know I could not get an appointment until after the seven days. This company is misleading. It should be known when you purchase this groupon you do not know when you can get an appointment. A Groupon representative said this is why you are given an expiration date for the Groupon. Beware of false and misleading Groupons!!! These problems should be addressed by Groupons and the customer should be made aware before they purchase. Sometimes a deal is not a deal.
