Sheffield voucher not accepted review

I bought two Groupon vouchers from this Hairdressers as one was a Birthday Present for a friend, she was thrilled with it... Until she tried to make an appointment to have Highlights and a cut N dry as agreed in the voucher.

WOW! Sheffield refused to give her an appointment as she was not paying "CASH". They told her just to contact Groupon to recieve her money back. This was of course not possible for her, she did not purchase it and also had no knowledge of the price paid for the 80pound voucher.

I tried to book an appointment not knowing of her experience and was turned down also once they heard that they would not be receiving my money for a third! Time.

Only then did I question my friend on her hairdressing experience! She had been too embarrased to tell me.

SO this is how they make their money!

Groupon were not answering there 0800 number (always busy and then you are cut off) the same was then with there NEW Customer support number, I have sent various emails but these are not answered other than with an automatic reply and my request for a refund remains ignored...! The weeks keep passing and I am out of pocket more and more... Happy Christmas! NOT!
