Poor quality Scott Kay ring

Hello, this past year my spouse and that I popped two Trade credit balances (that have been reduced entirely) with the objective of purchasing a Scott Kay band. We were assured 10% off our whole first purchase, which we didn't completely get, and satisfaction guaranteed. I'm disappointed by my AAFES Exchange plan, they offered me a $15,000.00 band that was in low quality plus one of the diamonds dropped out inside a couple of months of exceptionally light-use. My spouse got it to many jewelry stores to obtain mounted but lastly I stated enough was enough, and that I delivered it towards the Trade in January of the year. I expected to get a complete reimbursement of the reduced design quality band, and today the Trade is declining to return my income. Moreover the need ME to cover fixing this band and also to deliver it back again to me!!! This really is RIDICULOUS!!! What types of items are now being offered to naive military customers?

I experimented with solve this problem together by e-mail/criticism and about the telephone with among their customer support reps, all to no avail. Furthermore, She explained that they can NOT repair the band until I cost the fix price on my Trade credit (which we've reduced entirely), and they'll maintain it until they notice an answer from me within 2 weeks!

I'm requesting that my cash be returned both from the Trade or from the Trade charge card organization, because of my discontent of the merchandise I obtained and also the bad customer support offered. Below will be the mail I delivered to them:

I bought a Scott Kay band for $14,999.00 in-May of the year from your own online shop, order #007100947. Last month I observed among the small part diamonds had dropped down. I don't understand what type of guarantee this band has. However it appears to me that only at that cost the band must have minimum manufacturer flaws within the stone increasing. Where may I understand this deficiency mounted and it is it protected under guarantee? Thanks for the reaction. Truly, Victor Salazar
