Purchased a 4000.00 wedding band from their store in 2000 that was an update in the 2000.00 band I acquired in 1998. Haven't had issues with it till December after I realized that the shank, 3/8 marquee stone, and prongs was all missing out-of my band. Required my band to Helzberg completely anticipating them to repair it being that they are suppose to possess this type of excellent guarantee and thus customer-oriented. Child was I wrong. They're looking to get me to pay for 800.00 to possess my stone changed.

And obtain lots of the, between delivery in the shop to corporate and back again to the shop they dropped among my smaller diamonds. I've gotten every justification within the guide about them repairing my band and also have been without it since Dec. All I'd like is my band mounted. Do not visit Helzberg!!! They'll not guarantee your ring-like they claim they are doing. Visit a jeweler that's A GENUINE GUARANTEE and certainly will repair your band with no reasons and problems. I'm still fighting together to obtain it mounted.
