Poor Quality and even worse customer service

My partner bought my 2 cttw solitaire gemstone at Helzbergis so when we obtained it back from having it measured, the rock was totally free within the environment. It rattled after I used it and that I was so annoyed. I really couldnot think anybody might actually return costume jewelry to some client for the reason that situation, not to mention a costly gemstone that needs to be wearable within a lifetime. Additionally, they CHARGED us for that resizing which blew my brain, after which wouldn't return the cash after I delivered using the broken band. They'd my band for nearly 2 weeks before I obtained the band back, which period the environment arrived back different. They'd included additional prongs onto the band to try and secure the rock. It appeared terrible and that I was much more annoyed. After much, SIGNIFICANTLY worrying on my component, I obtained AN UPGRADED of the setting, that was a product, directly after we had bought it being informed that it had been a customized, one-of-a-kind setting. TERRIBLE customer support along with a poor experience for all of US like a recently employed pair without any band to exhibit for weeks on-end.

Now today, annually 5 later, the environment in my own wedding band has dropped out. Significantly less than 3 years because buying the gemstone and below we move again. Buyer beware.
