I bought a bright gold pearl band at Diamonds Worldwide while on the Carnival Legend Sail in June, to Belize. It had been something special for my child's birthday.

Inside The first couple months of sporting, a rock arrived and that's once the fun started. After numerous calls to Diamonds Worldwide, I ultimately obtained return delivery info to deliver the band back again to their NYC area for restoration/alternative. It was November 13.

After numerous calls, that have been possibly not delivered or being informed the individual I handled no further worked for that organization, I obtained the band back (after 4 weeks) on March 10th. Our child used the band to function oneday and also the rock dropped out again. The rock clearly wasn't a pearl because it had obvious places inside it and also the stick work was apparent.

I'm completely ashamed which is not worth my blood pressure to-go through delivering this band again. The band is poor and my only fulfillment at this time will be a total reimbursement of my income. Circus shouldn't market e-commerce if they're not likely to follow-up on issues that their visitors have. I work way too hard for $600. To be thrown down the drain. Our guidance to anybody would be to not use Diamonds Worldwide for the jewelry purchases.
