This spa has no respect for customers

As soon as I arrived I was disgusted - therapists sitting on porch smoking cigarettes! Hoping that my service would not be conducted by one of them I sat and waited past my appontment time - to find out that I would be getting a facial and a massage from someone who REEKED and smelled GROSS!
