Required money, no band

We requested a marriage group (Art Created) on Dec. 10.By January 20 we've yet to get the band. We've been lied to on many events: "the band is back-ordered... The lady created an error by suggesting it had been in-stock... Art Carved needs to especially produce dimension 13 also it requires longer"... (Based On Craft Wooden Customer Support this really is an incorrect statement.) After I have requested for the money back, I'm informed the band is enroute for them. I named earlier this Mon and was initially informed that it had been anticipated anyday. After I stated I needed my money-back, he set me on-hold and stated that he simply unearthed that the band have been delivered for them, and he questioned basically wouldn't provide them until Friday. I stated that I'd let them have until Friday... NEVERTHELESS no band. Mon I'll make an effort to obtain a reimbursement, after which consider appropriate action if required. Beware.
