A reimbursement of $2,569 is extended over-due

Earlier this slip, June to become precise, I requested a 1.5 carat diamond solitaire, allegedly SI2 ($2500) along with a 1oK gold band (69.00). Our bill was billed immediately. After getting equally products, I had been really disappointed using the quality. After several questions along with a following demand to come back the both band & band, I had been ultimately provided an RA #. I instantly delivered it, performing anything necessary as informed to complete from the USH Rep. I examined with FedEx and also the band was shipped a couple of days later. I have created three characters to USN with copies of info on palm, but still I've yet to get my reimbursement and also the telephone lines and site no further function. I'm beyond disappointed, I'm due a $2569.00 reimbursement and want to contain it ASAP.
