I ordered this item on 29th November via the Kgb Deals website and to date, I have not received the goods, nor an email to say it has been dispatched. I paid £89.99 plus £9.99 postage & packing and they have taken my money, yet no goods have been delivered. This is a Christmas present for my daughter and as a single working Mum, I do not have any spare money to go out and buy another one in time so my little girl will be very disappointed! Thank you bo-vida for ruining a little girl's christmas!
