I ordered Skin-eze on 09/19/10 and called on 10/05/10 to ask about why it hasn't been delivered. Suzanne answered the phone with an attitude and said, "We are not responsible for the mailing system." There was no empathy or any caring tonality to resolve the issue. Just attitude. I asked her why she was yelling at me when I asked to speak to her supervisor. She hung up. I WILL NOT order from them again... Ever. People are out of jobs and these kind of people have jobs! Wow. Karma can be unkind.
