Dmv
No Help & Attitude

Waited on hold for over an hour. After finally getting through, i was told she knew nothing about the system being down on the 7th and when i asked for more info she stated "well i don't work at all 170 DMV locations" and could not tell me if they were back online. So when i asked to speak to someone that could help me she put me on hold and hung up because i told her i didn't like her attitude. So now i have to wait another 2 hrs now on hold to ask someone who might know. Thanks # 211
