Direct tv is MONEY HUNGRY

Horrible services and customer service, direct TV: keept on increasing monthly payments for no reason and WORSE without notification, when called to ask regarding ongoing payment increase no acurate answer was given keept transferring the call to other stafr members when asked to speak with manager same staff members answer the calls with a different name thats also illigal to do, and when I cancelled the services they offered to lower the rates and offered to provided free services and additional items for same price or lower. I wouldnt recoment DIRECT TV SERVICES to any body. And if you are currently a customer it try a change, you will benefit.
