What has happened to Directtv?

I have been a Directtv customer for years. Being military everytime we moved Directtv was a no brainer for the new house. I don't know what has happened to the company, but I am SO disappointed with them. As soon as this contract is ended I will be looking for another service provider. Customer Service used to be the BEST! Now they are unfriendly, not helpful and almost rude! They have added MORE equipment to thier installation and in the modern day you'd think they would have a way of it being less. It doesn't work as well as it used to, I HATE the delay in everything! It is ashame that such a once GREAT company has fallen so far!!! Guess I will be saying goodbye after years of loyalty!
