Invalid Charges 5 Years Late

I recently had my service with Direct TV disconnected. I have paid my final bill and returned the cards inside the receivers, as they had requested. I then got another $28.00 in billing added to my account. When I called they said when they swept my cards that I had rented movies in 2007 that they never charged me for. Yes this is 2012!!! I have no idea if these movies were mine (sorry, I can't remember the movies I rented 5 years ago). Furthermore, I have no idea that I didn't already pay for them! To make matters worse, I was an online bill pay customer and they still have my credit card info on file. And it forces you to keep it there, so if you don't pay what they say you owe, they will automatically debit the credit card on file within so many days. This is highly dishonest Direct TV and a sorry way to run your business! That is a clever way of sticking your disconnected customers with a few more bucks at the end! I will never do business with you again! Crooks!
