Company is nice to you when you have the service, but when you cancel service all hell breaks loose. They kept charging you, and you get transferred Debt to Debt. No one wants to transfer you to a live person. Each time you talk to them they send you a bill you that months service. If I would have known all this in the beginnin, I never would have went with them. Everytime you try to get an issue solved they claim their system is down and call back in 2 hours.
