Blue Casa Communications
Beware! This company like to charge their customers for service AFTER they have been cancelled

Shops, Products, Services

I had service with this company for about 1 year. We were always satisfied with them. Their prices were reasonable as compared to the major communication company. Unfortuantely, when the time came for us to discontinue service, we found out that they still like to make you pay. My family had moved in February. Since we liked this company thus far, we tried to have our services transferred to our new address. We had called On January 27,200 and spoke to a representative to request a transfer. I was told that since our bill was due, we needed to pay that first, then call back to request the transfer. I sent my payment in and called back on February 2 to try to have the service transferred again. This time, the representative had barely spoke english. I had submitted the request to transfer and was told that it would take place within 7-10 days. That was ok with me, that meant I would only be about 7 days without phone service. 5 days go by, then 10 days go by, no service. I give it a few more days then call back. I made a call on February 16 and spoke to a representative again. I was told that I would have service within 72 hours. Seventy two hours went by, no service. I place another call on February 19 and was told another story, and assured my service order was in place and to call back the next day if service was not working. I called back the next day, February 20. I was told by that representative that I was given false information, but this representative vowed to resolve my issue, event stating he would send a technician out to my home to verify all was working and I had service. This was supposed to take place within 5 days. Of course, 5 days came and went so I called back again, this time requesting a supervisor.By this time, I had ordered phone service from another provider and was completely satifsfied. I received confirmation from the supervisor that my account was closed. Basically, I had been without service since February 5. That was the day I was at my new residence. I had tried to work with this company, giving them plenty of chances to transfer my service to no avail. The worst part of all is I am being billed for service when its been over a month since I've had any dealings with this company. Consumers beware! If you need phone service, please try other options before going to this company. They are oviously inept and uncapable of fulfilling the basic requests of their customers. Every time I call, the communication was difficult because english is not the first language of their reps and every person I spoke to, had no idea of my case. There was even a call that I made that was not documented in their system. They will keep charging you even after you cancel service and they like to charge you for the inability to perform their jobs, i.E. Charging me for service AFTER I placed many requests for transfers that were never fulfilled. Thank you for reading this post.
