We tried to cancel the service. The customer service started the process to waive any fees and get us out the contract. We we called back to finish they wouldn't waive anything and as I was moved from representative to representative they "lost" any record that we had tried to cancel service. We have spoken to them several times since and they change their story every time we speak with them. When we asked them to point to the section that outlined how the cancellation fee is processed they pulled out documentation that we never received and were never made aware of at any point in our contract. They just made up the fees out of the blue. We have submitted a variety of reports to various agencies. This company is a great example of what is wrong with the corporate culture in this country. They have no issue lying to their customers and abusing their power. Whenever I get off the phone with them I feel I need a hot shower to try to get the slime off of me.
