TV & Radio

So I have DirecTV and DirecPath because that's the only service my building allows. After the first several months it would go down intermittently whenever there was rain. Whatever. Come 6 months in, and one receiver goes out weekly. So for the next 2 months, once a week DirecPath would come out, and it became so frequent that the technician gave me his home phone number.

Now the company refuses to give me a refund for all the down time that I did not have TV. So I paid for about 2 months of service where I had none. The customer support is terrible, the service is awful, and one of the main reasons I'm moving is because this is the only way you can get TV or internet here. I don't know how this company stays solvent when they can't even provide the service they are tasked to provide.
