Chelsea Day Spa Unreachable by Phone for Over Two Months

Purchased Chelsea Day Spa deals few months back. Have been trying to call them on the number provided with the deal for over 2 months now but it always goes on voicemail. I emailed their customer service who insisted I kept trying to call the number as that's the only way to get an appointment using the Groupon voucher. When I still couldn't get through, I emailed again and this time the cust service didn't even reply to my email. I feel stuck!

Have decided never to use Groupon again for Spa deals.
