Direct TV service staff insulting my wife! - direct tv

My wife had contacted Direct TV as we wanted to switch over from Comcast this morning.

What she got was rude and disrespectful operators. These operators demanded SSN's and other private information before they would even answer her questions. She was told that they would not even talk to her without a credit check and hung up on her. When she called back she informed the next operator that we wanted to compare service and price and that our credit was excellant. She was given an outrages response that was so far outhere that if i had access to this operator he would be on his way to the hospital.

So, seeing how i donot have access to your rude, foul mouthed, ignorant, operators. I have decided to inform the world Via You Tube and have my friends rebublish on FaceBook.

We have decided to stay with Comcast as even if we are not happy with them at least they are civil!!!
