Everytime we have an upgrade for movie channels, we are ALWAYS being charged. We used to always have autopay, which we do for every account we have, but I started to realize almost everytime there was something being charged when it wasn't suppose to. The only thing keeping this company alive is the Sunday NFL packages which not to mention are overpriced. Our recent bill had a UFC fight and "Bruno" being billed on this check that dated back in 2009! I had called to see what was going on and then my husband did and we were both told two different stories. I could write a book about the problems with this company.
