HORRIBLE SERVICE - Awful Customer Service

I am appalled with Directv 's service. They OVERCHARGED us two months in a row and refused to fix the charges. They also started charging us for premium channels (we were not notified of this), it is disgusting that consumers are NEVER protected from these pathetic crooks. Had we stolen from them, we would go to jail! And $380 to cancel? That is pathetic. So we sign a two year contract allowing them to steal our money? Thanks, America. Way to protect businesses and screw the consumer. Thank God it's only two years, we will NEVER use Directv again and we will definitely spread the word to everyone we know!
