Illing - Fraud / Bait and Switch

I do not appriecate my monthly payment increase. Excuse of rebates expired leaves me with a higher monthly bill and less product. This is what makes people switch suppliers and talk bad to others. We all expect to at sometome have a payment increase as the cost of doing business changes but what you do is uncalled for and not explained during the sales process. All I expect is the same level of programming for similar price. Not a balloon that no one knows about but you without reading fine print.
