Directv lured me in with promise of reasonable priced product for value with a 3 year commitment. After first year rebates that they applied to keep monthly payments down expire and monthly payment balloons. Locking me in to pay a much higher payment for less equipment than previous supplier. Buyer beware bait and switch and nonchalant customer service care.
