Directv lured me in with promise of reasonable priced product for value with a 3 year commitment. After first year rebates that they applied to keep monthly payments down expire and monthly payment ballons. Locking me int to pay a much higher payment for less equptment than previous supplier. Buyer beware bait and switch and nonchalant customer service care.
