First off, I had to pay a deposit of $200 and they couldn't even come to install it for 2 weeks. Then they messed up my order and didnt give me a dvr. When I called back for one they said that they would have to send one with the guy who's coming to install it or id loose my appointment time. So he gets her and calls to modify the order and they want another $200!!! So I don't get one at all. And they're just now intalling the tv. I haven't even watched it or paid the first bill. I miss my u-verse, bad. It was ao much better I had a dvr and tv in 4 rooms all for free.
