They suck for real!!! I have an HD receiver because I had an HD TV, well my HD tv went out 5-6 months ago and I had to hook up an old school that doesnt even have HD capability, when I called them initially, they told me I would have to wait until I have had the service 1 year before I could switch out receivers which meant I would continue to pay the 10 dollar monthly fee, so I paid it, and now that I have completed a year of service with them, I called them back and they had the nerve to tell me that I would have to BUY another receiver for $69.00.
