I was told that because I was paying for over a year for a 3rd receiver which I did not have, that my account was to be credited for 6 months. I told her that 3rd receiver was not on my bill and she gave me some stupid explanation. When I called about not getting that credit of $33.17, I was told that conversation was not logged unto my account and that I needed to review my bill more carefully. I was also told that I could only receive credit for 2 months not 6 months. I am tired of being insulted and lied to by your customer service. I have been a customer of DirecTV for a long time but as soon as my contract it up on Dec I will no longer be a customer of yours. You don't treat your clients and talk to your clients the way your customer service people do and you don't lie to them either. Not the first time I have been lied to by that department. I am done with DirecTV. When they installed the HDTV box, I have seen no difference in my picture and think this is just one big scam.
