They used to be great. Now when you have an issue they go through endless useless trouble shooting steps that you did the last time you called with the same problem. They delay and do anything not to send a tech out to fix your problem. It took 3 months to replace a faulty receiver fixed because they kept saying try this or that. They have really let themselves go.
