In the last week I have been on the phone to your C/S people for several hours. It started out when I wanted a new HD/DVR to be add to a room in the house. I wound up with four (4) receivers.
Two (2) times now I was informed that I needed to provid funds. The first time it was $120 and change for the receiver I wanted. As it turned out it was not, and I was told that it would take up to 72 hours to put it back in to my acct.
The second time I was told that I would have to pay a $49 installation fee to have this receiver installed. The money was talked from my acct and I was told that they could not refund my money to my bank. The $49 was credited to my Direct TV Acct. Is is wrong.
I also had one of your tech's out on a service call to hook up this receiver. Hr got here and informed me that this should not been put into the system as a service call, but as an ougrand. I took this man over an hour to get this thru to your C/S heads.

I have alot more to say about your C/S personnel, not good!
