I disconected my Direct TV service and they sent me a return package to return a DVR reciever. 1 month after I returned the reciever My checking acount was debited $187.00. After calling direct TV twice and being hung up on by a "supervisor" in the customer suport area I have been informed that they can bill you anytime they want and they can refund you at thier convienience and they don't have to let you talk to anyone that they don't want to let you talk to and there isn't anything you can do about it. I would not recomend Direct TV to anyone if for no other reason than that you can't talk to anyone outside of this department even to complain about this department. How can a company possibly monitir complaints effectivley if the only people you can complain to are the people you are complaining about.
