Lost my whole day - installation

I have had many difficulties in my city's cbale companies that I thought I would give satellite a chance. Direct TV started out very nice and it made me want to switch even more, but I was very wrong. I scheduled the installation for 8am-12pm and the technician came unprepared without my apartment number to the call. My apartment complex is very strong with our safety and would not release the apt number. The technician left and left a voicemail on my cell phone for me to call him back. When I did, he had left for another call and said that he would stop by in about an hour. After 2 hours he called and said that he was not coming because he remembered that I had a lot of trees in my complex. I asked if he would just come and try because my complex faces the street and doesn't have that many trees, but he declined and said "that's a no-go, too many trees, I'm not coming". That made me mad because he wouldn't even try! After I called Direct TV, they sent him out again to try. Once he arrived, he didn't say anymore than 5 words to me and just kept saying no and left. He didn't say, have a nice day, thank you, nothing! I called Direct TV again, asked them for another technician as a second opinion and they claimed that a supervisor would be out here in 20 minutes. 2 hours later, I called back, they apologized and did the call again, but as high priority... Yeah right! The dispatch number called me to tell me that I had called the wrong department. So I called back said my story AGAIN and they did the call for a 3rd time. Dispatch called me again and said I called the wrong department AGAIN... No good! I proceeded to yell (which I normally never do) but by this time I had been waiting 4 hours for a supervisor and waited 8 hours for my cable to be installed. I then called them back and cancelled by order, very ridiculous. I lost my entire day waiting for them!!! Brighthouse and Direct TV really need to get their acts together...
