Customer service not helpful - customer service

I recently went to the newly remodeled Wal Mart in LaPorte, IN to browse & purchase a photo printer. After selecting a printer, I went to the Health&Beauty Dept. To look for baby shampoo.
I could not locate it and saw no employees in my area to get help from.
As I was walking to find some assistance, a nicely dressed young man, who in my mind looked like an up and coming asst. Manager in training, walked briskly toward me. I said to him "Excuse me, do you work here?" As he kept walking, he looked at his wristwatch and replied. "Not at the moment". He then kept on walking. Well, I left my cart with the printer in it on the floor and left the store. This incident only reminded me why WalMart is not one of my favorite places to shop. The help is usually not available, or too busy to care about helping in the first place.
