Has Horrible Customer Service no knowledge, bad customer service

First off, i think wal mart is a great place to go IF you already know what you want to get. But if you are looking for information on the products they have there. This is not the place to go.

I went there a couple months ago to compare printers with staples. Staples printers were a little more. But i was willing to pay the extra 10 dollars considering that there staff knew EVERYTHING about all the printers they had there. They told me about every feature included on every printer there.

But this isnt a report about staples. This is one about wal mart. I went to wal mart after looking at staples printers and sure they were a little cheaper. And they had differant models then the ones staples had. But when i inquired about the features and how good they were. The employee told me to read the box and walked away.

Now i have worked at several places that involve knowledge of the product you are selling, and i knew every product inside out. And if i didnt know it, i would refer the customer to someone who did. I just found the walmart employee to be rude and unknowledgable of there products.

So basically if you are going to compare products, just use the internet, dont rely on the walmart employees. They dont know anything. Or maybe they jsut dont care about there jobs enough to help you. I understand working just for a paycheck cause you have a horrible job.

I dont. Im not saying dont shop at walmart. Im just saying know what you want before you go to compare products there
