Car Dented in Parking Lot Under Surveillance Cameras

On 12/13 around 3:00pm Myself and Wife went to the new Randallstown Walmart for our weekly shopping trip. We parked out in the parking lot away from other cars, as there were 3 empty parking spaces between our and the next parked car. We were also parked under one of the parking lot light poles. It had 4 lights, and 4 surveillance cameras mounted on the pole. Also 8-10 rows over from where my car was parked was another pole with the same amount of lights and cameras. There are also signs mounted around the area that speak of surveillance.

Myself and wife left our auto to go inside the store to shop. I looked all around my car as we were walking away towards the Walmart entrance, as I always do and everything looked normal. We must have been in the store an hour. We checked out and paid, proceeding to our car. As we were walking and my car came into view I could see a reflection on the car door showing the long creased dent in my drivers side front door.
