Yep... I too got "GOT" by Direct Screw You. They took $515.00 out of my account after I changed my mind about keeping service with them after only 10 days! The decision was made due to the fact our dish went out during a rain storm... And we were told they could'nt fix the problem for 4 days. That's not okay with me... Neither is stealing money from my bank account, without any warning, causing me to get overdraft fees and be in the negative. Can we say INSULT TO INJURY??? Watch out for these people... Evil.
