I canceled my service in October and had already paid for services for this month so I received a credit statement with the prorated amount. I am still receiving a statement every month for $54.90 and have made several phone calls to Direct Tv and to my bank, Bank of America, where I have my credit card that was debited for the payment and I am still unable to resolve this issue. I paid for a service via a debit to my credit card on the 3rd, I canceled on the 2nd of the month, I was prorated a credit. The same credit card should have been credited or a check sent back to me, yet every month I receive a statement from them with a credit balance and I am not even a customer.
