Don't buy - refund

I purchase 2 bras online with my debit card 01/16. Receive it didn't look like advertisement. So I took it back to reno nevada store number 809. I ask for my cash back explain it was taken away from my available balance same day I order it. The customer service rep advise me their are 2 options back on the card which he can't tell you how long it will take. My? Was how long will that take said don't know or My 2nd choice was a store credit. I explain again order online if their was something else I wanted would have order it. Bottom line for me I will never ever order thru their website. This was my First and only time. Never had such a bad experience returning their profit. Isn't Debit Cards same as Cash???
