I placed an order online and was suppose to receive $15 Kohl's cash, which I never received even after contacting Customer Service. Then, to top it off, Kohl's cancelled half of my order without informing me. I had to call customer service to find out that it had been cancelled. The response I got from customer service when I complained about the fact that I had not been informed my order was cancelled was "that's too bad, but we can't do anything about it". I will not shop Kohl's again.
