Recently made a purchase at kohl's.com and am extremely unsatisfied with what happened. Almost immediately after finishing the purchase I cancelled my order. Yet I am still being charged for the order. I called customer service up and all they had to say what I am sorry for the inconvenience but did nothing to fix the problem. I probably wouldn't have been so angry had there been something given for this huge inconvenience. I had plans to pick up something in store with my charge card and am now unable to due to this. I will be paying off my kohl's card and cancelling it. I will be shopping else where from now on.
