Can't use GoodSearch coupons - FedEx Office online printing

I have used FedEx Office 's print online services for five years for my marketing communications work. I have found them quick, reliable if perhaps a bit pricey. So tonight I tried to apply a 20% discount coupon, to make a brochure job more affordable. I had to place the order three times (with a tight deadline for getting it printed) and the FedEx online order showed the discount — only to have the final receipt at full price. Calling the 800 help line sent me first to a fairly clueless staff person, then another person who said — because there was no manager at the store where I was picking the job up! — they couldn't do anything about the order. I could try placing it again! Ridiculous, I won't return my business there.
