Poor customer service - french doors

Equested followup on status of order for measured doors so i could buy the two french doors needed. Contacted wrong store to get an incorrect number for store requested. Upon contacting correct store asked if i could now place order but then was told that i would be contacted. Everything was fine but the bad attitudes at both stores. Wish we still had home depot! Can't stand monopolize. I will now have my wife follow up on the order since the service i received was so bad, thanks lows.
