Horrible Treatment from Assistant Manager. Massachusetts

I purchased some supplies from this woman who portrayed herself to be THE store manager. She told me how to use the chemicals and what to do. I follow her directions to the T and it made everything worse. To boot I call back she refuses to listen nor answer my questions. I than went to return the products to find that i was told i couldn't. I confronted the young lady and her face became red her voice elevated and was speaking to me like I was dumb. I asked her what her name was and told her that I was upset. She than began to cry. This woman should not be employed with your company. Horrible treatment.
