Eighty-year-old customer got no help with security screen doors

My wife and I went to the store in Brea looking for a security door, lights for our bathrooms, and installation costs. In the lighting department we found what we were looking for, but when we went to look at security screen doors, the sales clerk was preoccupied at his desk. He did tell us where the doors were, but he was unable to get away from his desk.

I am eighty years old and I am not strong enough to pull the screen doors from their standing position to show them to my wife. Sir, the store was empty of customers or had very few of them, and this clerk did not have the time to help me. In short, I will visit Lowes, and maybe they can help me, or should I go to your corporate office?
