Lost Package, Blamed Customer and Told Me to Call Police

Once they lost the package, they accused you of the fault by assuming at your address 2 times. Then they used their terms, "nobody at home" or "no phone answer." Then they insist on delivering to any place outside the home, which is not delivery. When you complain, they tell you to call the police because it is a stolen item.
