Incomplete work to install HD to our new HDTV - LGHDTV

Technician came as scheduled but was unable to finish the job. Was told he would come back and never did. Called 23 x's and spoke with different people all the time. All they can do was apologize but no one ever came to fix the problem. I have been on the phone for the last hour and 40 minutes and all I've been getting is calls being transferred to all over the US and no one was able to resolve our issue. Direct TV your service is horrible.
