Don't do it, they lie - direc tv

We had some roofing done to the rental home we live in and called Direct tv to reset the sattle lite, the wouldn't do it with out a charge, The roofers put the dish back up and it worked fine for almost 8 months. All of a sudden it didn't work so we called for repair. They told us if we would buy the repair plan we wouldn't be charged for the service call. So we did, guess what they charged us anyway and in short said so sorry but refused to reverse the charge. So I asked for them to remove the plan it was the only reason we took the plan was for the service call. They are charging me 10.00 to remove it. I told him I would be in contact with the BBB and they credited the 10.00 but wouldn't reverse the service call. They are liers do do business with them! When my plan it done I am finding a new company.
